Remember back when Prada planned to open a 10-story flagship store in SF (in 2004) but had to put the project on hold because of financial problems at the company? Fast-forward to 2007, and Prada has their Post Street location ready for launch... but STILL never quite managed to open up shop. Prada already has a location at 140 Geary Street, but the new location on Post and Grant is a flagship and therefore will have a wider selection of clothing and a broader market.
Well, it's finally arrived!!! In the July issue of San Francisco magazine, an entire Prada spread is featured, and the mag states that Prada is definitely opening in 2008, so the cool kids will all be in Prada this fall.
